Copyright, Trademark and IP

1. What is protected

This platform and everything in it — source code, database schema, the discovery and enrichment pipeline, the interface and its layout, the copy, the logo and wordmark, and the documentation — is the intellectual property of Enriclio. Copyright arises automatically on creation under the Berne Convention; no registration or notice is needed for it to exist, and nothing here is waived by making the software available to subscribers.

2. What your licence allows

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the platform for your own business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, mirror, decompile or reverse engineer it; resell, sublicense or white-label it; reproduce its interface or copy in another product; or use the Enriclio name or logo in a way that implies endorsement. The data in your own workspace is yours.

3. Trademarks

Enriclio, the Enriclio logo and wordmark are trademarks of Enriclio, used in commerce since 2026 for sales-intelligence and outreach software.

One clarification, since it is a common and expensive misunderstanding: copyright protects this code, text and design; it does not protect a name. Names are protected by trademark law, and how far that protection reaches depends on registration and on prior use in each territory. If the name matters commercially, register the mark where you trade — an unregistered mark can usually only be enforced where earlier use and the resulting goodwill can be proved.

5. Reporting infringement

Ours being infringed, or a claim that we have infringed yours: write to legal@enriclio.com. A takedown notice should identify the work, give the exact location of the material, include your contact details and a good-faith statement, and be signed. We respond to complete notices within 5 business days.
