Terms of Use
Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms govern use of the Enriclio platform. The commercial terms of your subscription — price, renewal, cancellation — are in the website Terms of Service, which apply alongside these.
1. Accounts and access
Accounts are issued to a named business customer. You are responsible for everything done under your login and for the seats you create. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Do not share credentials.
2. Your subscription renews automatically
Access to this platform depends on an active subscription that renews each month, at the same price, until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel from the billing portal on the website; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Full terms and the refund position are at https://enriclio.com/refund and on the Refund Policy page here.
3. How you may use the data
You are the controller of the contact data in your workspace, and the lawfulness of your outreach is your responsibility. You agree to:
- contact people only in a professional capacity, at a business address, about something plausibly relevant to their work;
- keep the sender identification and the unsubscribe link in every message — removing, hiding or breaking them is a breach of these terms and the platform is built to prevent it;
- honour every opt-out immediately and permanently;
- comply with the marketing rules that apply where your recipients are, which may include GDPR and ePrivacy, UK PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and local equivalents;
- respond to access and erasure requests from people in your lists, with our help as your processor.
You must not use the platform to contact consumers at personal addresses, to send anything deceptive, to scrape material you are barred from accessing, or to build lists for resale.
4. What we will not let you do
Some limits are enforced in code, not just in this document. The platform refuses to send a commercial email without a postal address and a working unsubscribe route; it pauses a mailbox whose bounce rate is damaging the sending domain; and it suppresses an unsubscribed address across every list in the system. These are not configurable, and requests to disable them will be declined.
5. Fair use
Volume allowances follow your plan. We may throttle activity that threatens the stability of the service or the reputation of shared infrastructure, and we will tell you why.
6. Our intellectual property
The platform and its code, design and content belong to Enriclio. Your subscription is a licence to use it, not to copy, resell, white-label or reverse engineer it. See Copyright.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from third-party sources — verify before you rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for unlawful outreach, or that puts other users’ deliverability at risk. You may export your data before your access period ends.
