Two different situations, both handled here.
You received an email sent through Enriclio
The fastest route is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of that email. One click, no form, no login: it removes your address immediately and permanently, and it applies across every list in the system, not just the one that contacted you.
To have the underlying record erased as well, submit the form below or email privacy@enriclio.com. The Enriclio customer who built the list is the controller of it, so we act on your request as their processor and pass it to them, as we are required to.
You have an Enriclio account
Submit the form below from your account address, or email privacy@enriclio.com. We confirm within 72 hours and complete the erasure within 30 days: the account, its workspace, and every lead, list, sequence, message and analytics row inside it.
Two things survive on purpose, and you should know about both: invoices, because tax law requires us to keep them (GDPR Art. 17(3)(b)), and your address on the suppression list, so a deleted record cannot be re-contacted later.
