14-day money-back guarantee
If Enriclio is not for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. We refund that payment in full, no questions asked, and cancel the subscription.
How to ask
Email hello@enriclio.com from the address on your account within the 14-day window. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Renewals after the first period
The guarantee covers your first payment. Later monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge — cancel before the renewal date and you are not billed again. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is charged silently: the price and the renewal date are shown before you subscribe and on every invoice.
EU right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on the initial purchase. Starting to use the service during that period acknowledges that it begins immediately; our voluntary guarantee above still returns your money in full within 14 days either way.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee (for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles) or breach of the Terms of Use.
